The Finger Accident

Ok so my husband nearly lost his finger today due to his table saw kicking back on him.
Yes, this was not my favorite day.

But I did want to write in here that we are still very blessed that James still has a finger (surgery is scheduled tomorrow) even left. Those table saws & saws in general are so dangerous. It was a hectic day.

And to top it all off we had our new carpet installed today. Which looks great & is wonderful, but all of our furniture was pushed into any avaliable space away from the carpeted areas & with my husband down to one working hand, well we basically recruited the neighbors to help us move it all back together again.

Long day & will be longer tomorrow...

Please pray for us. My husband works construction & he needs his hands desperately for work. We still are unsure at this point how severe it is until tomorrow. Right now we know for sure his tendon was severed. But he still has feeling in that finger.

God is still really good, all the time and we know we are going to pull thru this quickly. I just pray for a speedy recovery & restoration.
and you know what? I truly believe it is possible because "if my God is for me, then who can be against me?!!"
