So went in & did the whole "mitigation" hearing thingy. It went ok. Judge seemed to be in a good mood. I wasn't the only one fighting speeding tickets obviously! There was one other gal who had gotten a ticket for going 6 miles over. Six miles people? Ok I know if you go one mile over you are technically speeding, but that is being a bit picky. IT was her first ticket too.
Yup got my ticket deferred. James has done this before too & really the only way to admit fault without admitting fault. Officer did tag me with his gun & I was speeding so it was really my only option.
so now I gotta keep my nose clean for 6 months....
No more speeding for me. I'm going to be driving like a grandma for awhile!
